A Timeshare CTO relationship is an ongoing partnership focused on turning technology into tangible business value. My goal is to align practical, appropriate solutions with your company’s objectives, not just implement tools for their own sake.
I take the time to understand your day-to-day operations so I can anticipate future needs and recommend solutions that fit your unique workflow. I continuously research emerging technologies in your industry and evaluate which innovations will actually benefit your business.
As your independent advocate, I represent your interests when working with outside vendors and service providers. I can also mentor employees who have become the “IT person by default,” helping them develop the skills and confidence to manage your systems more effectively.
This is a true arm’s-length partnership. I’m readily accessible by phone, email, or text, and available for onsite visits when necessary for hands-on troubleshooting or scheduled maintenance.
Every engagement usually begins with a three-month trial period to ensure our collaboration is a good fit. During this time, billing occurs monthly at the end of each month, and the agreement may be ended at any time, no questions asked.
If, after that initial period, you feel I’ve delivered real value, we’ll meet to review how the engagement is working and adjust the monthly commitment as needed.
A Timeshare CTO partnership requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per month. If your needs are lighter or primarily project-based, my Standard Support model may be a better fit.
After the trial period, the engagement continues on a six-month basis, with the same straightforward policy: if I ever stop meeting your expectations, you can end the agreement at any time, no questions asked.
